Nirvana Handicrafts offers a 15 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with any item on our website, you may return it for a full refund of the product price. In most cases, you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charges. However, if you are returning the products as an error in our end like, if you received defective items or wrong items, then we will pay the entire product and shipping and handling charges. All returned products must be 100 percent complete and in perfect sellable condition. It is highly recommended that you make your returns with prior approval by calling or emailing us, which is listed in the “Contact Us” tab. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks after you have returned your package to us.
You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised
- Claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order. No claims will be accepted after 20 days.
- Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Claim details must be mailed or faxed to us. Invoice number and date received must be specified.
- Any damage or lost merchandise must be directly claimed with carrier.
- Items must be returned in its original packaging.
- Price tagged or shopworn merchandise may not be returned.
