Nirvana Handicrafts offers First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express delivery. Most order will be shipped the next day via Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-3 days in the US. Nirvana Handicrafts also offers free shipping for any order above $50. Free Shipping is only within USA. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at “Order Status” page.
Our international rate prices are flat rate. They include packaging and handling fees. Items are shipped USPS First Class with an estimated delivery of 5-15 business days after your item has shipped. Sometimes delivery can take up to 4-5 weeks weeks due to various country regulations. For any international order, Buyer will be responsible for a customs charge from your country. The price you pay us covers the product and packaging itself and postage fees. It does not cover taxes or customs that your country may add.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be canceled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return according to our 15 days return policy.
Nirvana Handicrafts offers a 15 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with any item on our website, you may return it for a full refund of the product price. In most cases, you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charges. However, if you are returning the products as an error in our end like, if you received defective items or wrong items, then we will pay the entire product and shipping and handling charges. All returned products must be 100 percent complete and in perfect sellable condition. It is highly recommended that you make your returns with prior approval by calling or emailing us, which is listed in the “Contact Us” tab. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks after you have returned your package to us.
